- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their customer service is beyond horrible. All is fine until they make a mistake on your account. There is no way to fix it from there. The branch says "call customer service" and customer service says "you will need to contact the branch". That doesn't work too well. I am now in collection for an error they made when closing my account. After no less than 8 calls it is still unresolved. I would not ever recommend this bank.By S Emmons, March 17, 2017
